It was so nice holding her again in his arms. She felt so tiny and he had such a big need to hold her like this, protected from everyone and everything. When he felt her arms wrapping around him it was such a big relief for him.
"Happy birthday." he whispered at her ear and places a kiss on her forehead. She lifted her head giving him a smile and he saw again happiness in her eyes instead of sadness. When he finally let her go she greeted everyone else. Jane made baked her a wonderful cake and prepared delicious dinner. Lauren sat next to the Alessio and he has been holding her hand through entire time and it felt so right.
"Jane dinner is great and I don't know which dish to eat more." Samantha was delighted as well as the others.
