S01 EP11: Scent

After a week of travel, Fangz finally reached the location where he could find one of the Seven Spirits. Fangz haven't encountered any kind of threat while on way nor saw something suspicious and unfamiliar scents like evil ones.

(Fangz steps on the pile of rocks)

Fangz: This is... Easy. I was expecting to...

(Fangz looking around)

Fangz: Encounter something here...

(Fangz jumps down)

Fangz followed the path and as he keeps on walking he can sense the presence of light similar to the Seven Spirit's aura. Even though he did sensed and felt the presence, he didn't rush right away. Instead, he slowly walks towards the location until he can finally find it. Fangz is a master tracker too, he used his special ability to summon a tracking spell where a big circle appears under his feet and spreads bigger depending on his desired size.

(Tracking spell glowing and sounding under his feet)

Fangz: I can't sense anything else except the power of a piece from Seven Spirit...

(Fangz undo the tracking spell)

Fangz: This is suspicious... I can't let my guard down still.

Fangz continues to walk forward and while following the sense of aura, he was brought to a dead end and he have to climb up top to continue. Fangz looks around, placed his weapons on his waist and preparing to make a jump to reach the top but a shadow of someone appeared reflecting from above of him so he looks up and found the glowing image.

Fangz: Wha-What was that?

Thrope: Are you... Here for my power?

Fangz: I'm not good at chit chatting so... Yeah... I think you are the one I need.

Thrope: Who's side are you in?

(Thrope transformed into half human)

Fangz: Whoa...

Thrope: Goddess Athena? Or Diablo?

(Thrope unsheathed his weapon)

Fangz: I'm on a good side with Xavier and Goddess Athena.

Thrope: Lies... Always lies...

(Fangz took his weapon out)

Fangz: Oh come on... I don't have time for this.

Thrope: If you are telling me the truth... You should have said that much early.

Fangz: I don't give too much information on or before the fight. Not even after.

Thrope: Hmph. I knew it. Well...

(Thrope licks his weapon)

Fangz: Tch..

(Thrope sharpening his weapons)

Fangz: This is ain't good!

Thrope: Brace yourself... Mortal.

Thrope dashes forward to Fangz and luckily Fangz managed to take his weapon out and defend himself against the first attack.

Fangz: Tch! Grrrrr!

Thrope: You have good reflexes... But not impressive enough!

Thrope pushed the weapons upward and kicked Fangz on his chest to push him away from him.

Fangz: Alright... That's it!

(Fangz on his battle stance)

Thrope: This is going to be fun...

Fangz: Don't disappoint me...

Thrope: Same goes here.

Fangz and Thrope clashes and went head to head also toe to toe during their battle. They manage to deal damage and scratches on each other which makes them look alike and slowly realizing their similarities. However, there is a difference between them. Thrope can't use tracking spell because he was the first generation to have hunting skills and tracking ability was discovered from second generation of his spell. Which means Fangz got the tracking ability by developing Thrope's spell.

After Thrope finished analyzing the movements of Fangz he then decided to calm down and sheathed his weapon back on his waist.

(Weapons sliding back on their holders)

Thrope: Alright... You are good at those short dual-sickles. I believe you are an assassin type.

Fangz: Hmph. Why flattering me now?

Thrope: Don't get overwhelmed... I just say what I noticed. Yet you need to impress me more.

Fangz: My bloodline has learned this movements from one of the seven spirits ability inna figure of a hound.

Thrope: Ohhh... Really?

Fangz: My father passed me his knowledge, skills and abilities. I developed it myself after the breach from the palace when I was young.

Thrope: So... You are the third generation who have developed the skill of hunting?

Fangz: What do you mean?

Thrope: I am one of the Seven Spirits... Still not aware?

Fangz: No. How do I believe you are not lying?

Thrope: I am half human and half animal. I can just hide my presence sometimes but it consumes my energy whenever I use that ability of mine.

Fangz: I see... No wonder why your movements are similar to me but your reflexes are way more faster.

Thrope: He He He.. You have to respect the one who created that ability.

Fangz: How long have you been around here?

Thrope: Well... It is a very long story. But, the longer I stay here the more I get to encounter Diablo's forces.

Fangz: How many have you killed?

Thrope: A bunch already. I have also slained this one who claims to be in "Lower Pillars".

Thrope threw the eye of a member from Lower Pillar with written number 5, Fhax. Fangz touched it and sensed a strong presence then agreed it was one of them.

Fangz: How did they found you here?

Thrope: They have eyes everyone in this surface land. And... Right now? We are being watched.

Fangz: What?!

Thrope: Don't panic. They can see us but they can't hear us talking.

Fangz: Alright...

(Fangz used his tracking ability)

Thrope: How many do you see?

Fangz: A bunch. Some of them are capable to fight but not as strong as we are.

Thrope tossed the stick on the air and flashes to the location of the flying eyeball to s***h it into two which is connected to the underworld.

Third Council: Grrrrr!!

Thrope: Hmph.

Third Council: Release the Cerberus!

Second Sin: As you wish...

(Second Sin unleashed his pet Cerberus)

Cerberus: Raaaagghhhhhrrrrr!!

(Cerberus rushed forward to the portal and appeared in front of Fangz and Thrope)

Fangz: What?!

Thrope: It's them...

(Cerberus growling)

Fangz: They opened the underworld portal.

More portals appeared and a lot of underworld army members steps out of it to fight Fangz and Thrope.

(Underworld armies chuckling)

Fangz: I estimate they are... Around 200?

Thrope: Tch. 200? Silly... They are 500.

Fangz: No! I'm sure there are just two hundred of them.

Thrope: Well then... Let us count every heads we take.

(Thrope and Fangz stretching their body and neck)

Thrope: Who ever got the most kills... Wins.

Fangz: I'll leave the minions to you. I got that big mammal with three heads.

Thrope: Heh. Don't take Cerberus lightly.

(Cerberus growling)

Fangz: LET'S GO!

As Fangz and Thrope team up together to take down Cerberus and his evil minions from the underworld, there is a open portal behind them and it shows that the Council of the Underworld are watching together with Dark Orb to observe the strength of the mortal and the spirit.

Meanwhile, from the portal, Fangz and Thrope fighting the minions and Cerberus is still waiting for the command to move.

First Council: The humans became much worthy opponent compare to these past few years... When the only one who can fight are their Gods and Demigod.

Dark Orb: Indeed. We still have the advantage of strong army and generals. The long wait... Is over soon.

(Weapons clanging)

Third Council: Hmmmm... Base on the movements of that spirit, I think that is Thrope the spirit of wolf.

Fourth Spirit: Ohhh... I think we should get rid of that spirit first.

Second Council: I agree. Thrope is a threat to us and Cerberus.

Dark Orb: Worry not my friends... We have one of the Seven Spirit on our hands already. And...

(Dark Orb raised his hand and Second Sin with a woman who is unconscious, was dragged beside Dark Orb)

Dark Orb: We've got a bonus...

(Dark Orb and the Council are laughing)

Meanwhile, Thrope and Fangz are fighting the evil minions but it seem to be endless.

(Weapon slashes and minion screams)

Fangz: Is it just me or this is like endless?

(s***h)

Thrope: You're just slow mortal.

(Thrope swings his weapons and minions grunts)

Fangz: We can't be on this situation like this forever Thrope.

(Minion groans)

Fangz: This is taking too much of our time...

(s***h)

Fangz: And our energy!

(Body thuds)

Thrope: I got a plan... Follow me.

(Thrope dashes out the field)

Fangz: W-waiit!

(Fangz shakes his head and dashes out the field too)

Cerberus: FIND THEM! DON'T LET THEM GET AWAY!

(Minions footsteps)

The minions are searching for Thrope and Fangz but they didn't know they are on the higher ground to observe and plot a plan against them.

Fangz: Don't just disappear like that!

Thrope: Ha! Felt scared?

Fangz: Of course not!

Thrope: HAHAHAHA!

(Fangz placed his weapon on his waist)

Fangz: Now... What's the plan?

Thrope: We should figure out where these minions are coming from so we can focus our attacks against Cerberus.

Fangz: You're right. But, do you know what is the weakness of that creature?

Thrope: No. I haven't seen that creature before. However, it seems like the face and that ability is familiar to me.

Fangz: Hmmmm... Is it a human too?

Thrope: No. No human can have that ability but humans can learn on how to communicate with apex predators particularly on wolves, hyena and lions. It will take a long time to learn that ability.

Fangz: I see. One of the Seven Defenders of the Palace has that ability too. She can communicate with her wolves.

Thrope: Really?

Fangz: Yes. Rumors said that her parents inheritted Hound's ability. But it wasn't mentioned which or what ability it was till it was shown that her family generation is communicating with animals.

Thrope: Hound... Where is he?

Fangz: I don't know. But I'm pretty sure one of my friends are looking for him by now.

Thrope: Hmph. So... The day has come for us to be summoned and get to be gathered together for humanity again.

Fangz: Yes. Xavier's son believe there is a presence of evil lurking out here and a threat of Diablo's forces will attack to the palace anytime soon.

Thrope: So how did he found our locations?

Fangz: That is what we do not know until now. But I believe it has something to do with Demigod Xavier and Goddess Athena.

Thrope: I see. Well... I hope my sibling's spirits are on the good hands by now.

(Thrope stands up)

Thrope: Listen to me carefully. I will distract the minions to fight me while you stay up here and use your tracking spell to find the location of that portal.

Fangz: Right.

(Fangz stands up and take out his weapons)

Thrope: That portal is the source and... I believe someone is watching us.

Fangz: I felt that too.

Thrope: We will move when the surroundings are too dark. It is our advantage to move swiftly and quietly.

Fangz: Undetected and focused.

The moon starts to bright and the surroundings are getting darking. In the forest, the leaves of the trees blocks the light from some portions of the forest which turns to have blind spots. Thrope made his move and Fangz quitely casts his tracking spell.

(Cerberus slashed his to the tree to open the portal)

Fangz: There it is...

Second Sin: Cerberus!

Fangz: H-hold on...

Thrope: What is it?

Fangz: There's... A lot of them...

Thrope: Share me you vision.

(Thrope closed his eyes and used his senses to become one with Fangz)

Second Spirit: We will send you more minions. Make sure to kill Thrope first. That human is not a serious threat.

Thrope: From the portal... I knew it. I can see the Council of the Underworld and Dark Orb.

Fangz: So that is where the minions are coming from. Got it.

Thrope: Now we found it, time to aim for that portal. Stick to the plan.

Fangz: Got it!

(Fangz uncasts his spell and dashes out while Thrope is back to his own body and proceeds to hunt down the minions)

Dark Orb and the members of the Undwerworld Council doesn't have idea that Fangz found their location. Fangz didn't engage right away when he saw the portal but instead he waited for a better opportunity which is wait for Cerberus to go further away from the portal. After a long wait that almost took forever, Thrope managed to lure Cerberus by triggering him and pissing the beast off. When Cerberus aimed for Thrope, Fangz dashed out from the bushes where he was hidding and when he was seen by one of the Underworld Council, it was too late for them to react.

Fangz managed to pierce his short dual sickle into the chest of some members of the council ending their life instantly but when Fangz saw Dark Orb, he tried to jump to him but he was pushed by the dark barrier.

(Fangz grunting)

Dark Orb: I admire your bravery mortal... What is your name?

Fangz: I'm just a nobody.

Dark Orb: Nobody?

(Fangz stands up on his feet and wipes his mouth)

Fangz: Yeah... So after I killed you and your legion asked who got you killed? You will be the face of embarassment down here.

Dark Orb: HAHAHAHAHAHA! I LIKE THAT!

(Fangz made his stance)

Dark Orb: Come and try it... But before that... You might want to see this first?

Fangz: Save your words for later!

(Fangz dashes forward to Dark Orb like a thunder)

Meanwhile, Thrope is fighting against Cerberus and his minions are watching them fight. The minions are chanting and making loud noises.

(Cerberus growling)

Thrope: I know it's you...

(Thrope swings his weapons together)

Thrope: I will not hurt you my friend. You know I can't.

(Cerberus stomps his front feet to the ground and roars)

Thrope: Come on my friend... Don't push me.

(Cerberus dashes forward)

Cerberus pushes forward to attack Thrope but Thrope continued to do defense strategy and not fighting to hurt Cerberus because he can sense a familiar scent of a friend inside of him.

(Thrope blocks Cerberus's claw attack)

Thrope: Grrr! I know you're in there friend!

(Thrope swings upward then jumps back away)

Thrope: HOUND!!!

(Cerberus's eyes widden)

Thrope: Why are you doing this Hound?! WHY?!

(Cerberus turns into smoke and revealed Hound)

Thrope: H-Hound...

(Thrope lowers his defense)

Hound: You haven't changed Thrope.

(Hound swings his cloak to remove the smoke)

Hound: I am sorry... But I have to do this.

Thrope: No... You have other choice. Walk away from them! Join us!

Hound: I tried but... I can't. You know the rules.

Thrope: Tch! Hound!

Hound: You know that we have to obey the orders and wishes of the one's who calls upon us!

Thrope: I know Hound but you haven't made a contract with Diablo!

Hound: I had my binding-seal with Dark Orb.

Thrope: Binding-seal?

(Thrope drops his weapons)

Thrope: No... No. No. No. No... Hound...

Hound: I know Thrope. That is why I don't have other choice. Binding-seal is more powerful than the contract itself.

Thrope: Why... Why did you...

(Thrope walking in circles while holding his head)

Thrope: This is not possible... No. No. No... Hound. Why... Why?! WHY!

Hound: In order to save a soul of the one who found me in my spirit form and the carrier of my kind. A person who inheritted some of my lessons and genes as generation passes by.

(Thrope sits down under the tree far from his weapons)

Hound: Minions! Go find the remaining spirit!

Minions: AYYYYY!!

(Minions ran towards the shadow and disappeared)

Hound: Thrope. A human found me first but she didn't told me her own intentions and goals that is why I wasn't able to make a contract with her. Dark Orb's troops came in... We are doing well at first but then...

(Thrope raise his head to look at Hound)

Thrope: What happened?

Hound: We are overpowered. Outnumbered. Someone from the underworld's Seven Sins arrived and thr human who found me was seriously wounded. Weak. Almost lifeless. Dark Orb himself appeared and made a bargain with me.

Thrope: So... In order to save that human... You have to accept whatever Dark Orb wants?

Hound: Exactly. Dark Orb is going to spare her in exchange of my power regardless of his intentions, desires and motives.

(Thrope was shaking his head and punches the tree)

Thrope: What's the deal closed between you and Dark Orb?

(Thrope clenched his fist harder)

Hound: Life for a life. If my summoner dies, I will die too. But if I die, he will be the inheritor of my power.

Thrope: Hound... That makes you like his pawn! A slave! A peasant! A servant!

Hound: I KNOW! BUT WHAT CHOICE DO I HAVE?!

Thrope: How can you be so sure that human was your inheritor from the past generations? TELL ME!

Hound: She is the last child of Klau who is the youngest son of my former student, Jaw.

Thrope: She? Which means...

Hound: Yes. She is the last one. If she dies without spreading our kind, then we will be fully extinctioned.

Thrope: H-How?

(Hound tossed a pendant)

Thrope: This pendant...

Hound: She is from the palace where Xavier was. His son, Light, is now their king and they are in possibility of Dark Orb's invasion.

Thrope: Hound... You don't deserve this.

Hound: I know... Who wants this though. Right?

(Hound smiles at Thrope)

Thrope: Hound...

Suddenly, Dark Orb appears in Hound's mind and getting control of his brain and body. Hound's head was aching and his body is turning back in Cerberus form.

(Hound grunting)

Hound: N-N-... NOOOO!!

Dark Orb: Time is up... Now fulfill my command. Be on Cerberus form and Slay the remaining spirits!

Hound: Aaaggghhhh!!

Thrope: HOUND!

Meanwhile, going back to the scene where Fangz found Dark Orb. Fangz wasn't able to continue to attack Dark Orb because Dark Orb revealed Dianna's situation. Dianna was seriously injured. Her clothes are torned off and the underworld creatures are abusing her.

(Dark Orb snaps his finger and a minion dragging Dianna to him)

Fangz: DARK ORB! I WILL KILL YOUUU!!

Dark Orb: I know you can't do that... Even if you want to.

Fangz: Don't be so sure abo-

(Minion threw Dianna on Dark Orb's feet)

Dianna: Fa-Fangz...?

Fangz: Di-Dianna?! HANG ON-

(Dark Orb grabs Dianna on her hair and raised her to stand)

Fangz: DIANNA!!!

(Fangz made his stance to attack)

Fangz: DAAARRKKK OORRBBBB!!

When Fangz was ready to attack he was interrupted by Second Sin and punches his face so hard he was smashed on the ground. Fangz tried to stand up and fight but he lost due to anger and unstable emotion.

Second Sin: You call yourself fast? Don't make me laugh human.

(Second Sin stumps on Fangz's head)

Fangz: Gaaackk!

Second Sin: You better watch carefully. Your friend is very beautiful and she is worth playing with.

(Fangz tried to resist but Second Sin stumps on him harder)

Fangz: Aaarrggghhhh! Grrrr!! NOOOO!!

(High level minions holds Fangz on his arms to stop him and keep him down on the floor)

Dark Orb: Well... I am really impressed from your bravery.

(Dark Orb pulls Dianna closer to him and licks her shoulder going to her nape)

Fangz: DIANNAAAA!!

(Fangz resisting)

Fangz: LET ME GO!! DARK ORRBBBB!!!

(Minions of the underworld laughing)

Dianna: Fangz... Thank you...

Dark Orb inserted his lower weapon to Dianna's sacred part while her back is facing Dark Orb while his hands are wrapped around her waist and reaching, squeezing Dianna's forbidden parts.

(Dianna crying)

Fangz: NOOOOOO!!!

While Dark Orb is playing with Dianna and turning her into different positions, he was looking in the eyes if Fangz trying to pissing him off.

Fangz: DARK ORB! I WILL KILL EVERYONE OF YOU!

After Dark Orb had enough time playing with Dianna, he tossed her infront of Fangz. Dianna tried to crawl towards Fangz but her body is heavy, tired, and energyless making her almost unable to move at all.

Dianna: F-Fangz...

(Fangz trying to resist but the minions on high level are too strong)

Second Sin: Get over here woman...

(Second Sin grabbed Dianna on her leg and pulled her a little further and Fourth Sin appeared to hop behind her)

Fourth Sin: HEHEHEHEHEHE!!

(Fourth Sin unleashed his lower weapon and insert it to Dianna's sacred part)

Second Sin: Do the honor to take her blood. I am going to my barracks.

Fourth Sin: If you say so...

(Dark Orb watching from his throne looking down to them)

Second Sin: I did my part. The rest was a waste of time. I want war.

Dark Orb: You will have them soon. Be patient...

Second Sin: Hmph.

(Second Sin vanishes)

Fourth Sin finished playing with Dianna and approaches Fangz to tease him, to make him jealous, to make him angry and to piss him off so bad.

Fangz: You... All of you will pay for this!

Fourth Sin: Ohhh... Very scary...

(Fourth Sin spits on Fangz and kicks his face)

Fourth Sin: Your tounge is sharp but your soul is weak.

(Fangz coughing blood)

Fourth Sin went back to Dianna and he looks at Dark Orb. Dark Orb nod his head like he approved something and then Fourth Sin nodded back. Dark Orb sits down on his throne and watching Fourth Sin on what he will do next. Fourth Sin kneeled beside Dianna and pulled her hair to raise her neck. Fourth Sin made a last glance with Dianna's face and then he slith her throat.

Fangz: DIAAANNNNAAAAAA!!

(Everyone laughing at them)

Fourth Sin: Bring her body with him. But first... Make him suffer before sending him out of here.

Fangz brutally experienced the strength and power of the underworld creatures. He still managed to fight and killed a few but not that much and not for long. However, Dark Orb spared his life so that Fangz can tell the story of what happened to him and Dianna.
