Everyone was sitting around scattered fires, eating food and talking. It was nice that after a night of terror, there was genuine laughter in the air. I sat with Rose, Mason, Logan, Nikolas, Tabitha, and Annabeth. We wanted to figure out what the plan was, but we didn’t even know where to start.
‘I think we should look at the book first,’ Nikolas announced, and I actually agreed with him, but I wanted to get some other details out of the way. ‘Before we do that, I want us to just understand the traveling aspect of things.
