"Good Morning, Honey!" Mom's sweet voice greeted me when I came out for breakfast. I slept too long, and now I'm turning in late for college.
"Good Morning, Mom!" I came close to her and kissed them on the cheek with a bright smile while my eyes finally moved to look at Mark, who was already at the dining table with his coffee, while another hand was busy with newspapers.
His eyes already found mine, and we both looked at each other for a second while remembering last night's incident, and I felt my cheeks burning. And I moved my gaze from his stare.
