Driving with Zara was beyond awkward. Honestly, it felt like sitting next to a predator, like she could snap at any moment, tearing through whatever façade she’d put on. I couldn’t shake the feeling that she might hurt me just to get closer to Kyle or Mason—or maybe both. But, to my surprise, she hadn’t made any moves against me. Not yet.
