I had never seen Mason that exhausted.
He never looked like he hadn't slept in months, and his body had no scars or anything, but he did appear like he had been drinking.
Mason's situation caused me to move towards him with concern, and I heard a growl leave Kyle, followed by a query to Mason just as I got closer to him.
"What has happened to you?" I haven't heard anything since the last link I sent you, and why did I find my mate's boxes in your room when they were supposed to be in her room to be looked at with her permission?"

With his thoughts clear, I grasped his shoulders to have him tell us what the heck happened to him.
