Maya I'm sitting in front of Finn while trying hard to concentrate. A lot of time has passed since we set up camp for the night, and after hours, I'm still trying to shape-shift back into a human. Finn is whispering encouragingly. "You can do it, Maya." I take another deep breath and resist the urge to scream when my body breaks bones and forms new ones. Shape-shifting is painful, and when I'm done, I tumble forward. Finn shoves his hand underneath me and catches me in his cupped palm.
