Jules tapped her fingers impatiently on the dining table, eyes flicking between the wall clock and the silent phone in front of her. It was minutes past ten and Ethan wasn't back from wherever he'd left for two days ago. She had this gut feeling that something else was going on, and she was determined to find out what it was.
