Amelia's POV:
Only a couple of days after my visit to the Apex United, Charles emailed me. In the mail he told me, that he and his other staff members would be happy to have me come in for the season's start, which would be two weeks later, then my three-month try-out period would begin from that point.
Even though I was excited to start my new job, I was also happy for those weeks, as it gave me some time to start looking for a new apartment in the city.
Taking public transportation every day for two and a half hours each way would be a drag, but I was prepared to do so for a couple of weeks.
But in the end, things seemed to go my way when I only a few days later found an apartment that would let me move in only a little over a week later, just two days before my tryout
