Damien’s POV Finally, with the KAVS leader, Milcom destroyed at the hands of Godric and I, things can revert back to somewhat normalcy. We haven’t had peace in quite a while and it’s a perfect change of pace. Godric has been constantly guarding Leah’s grave site. Eager for the day he can bring her back home, which is quickly approaching. Godric hopes that when she does return, they pick up right where they left off. His love for her has grown so much in these past months and he wouldn’t be able to handle any shred of rejection from her. Still feeling slightly responsible for that evening, harboring so much guilt. He eats, talks to me briefly and leaves nightly to be with her.
