How to make a Vampire

1578 Words
Making a vampire is a seriously complicated, delicate process. Each step must be followed carefully. First, you need to find your prodigy, someone that speaks to your soul. Technically, the Vampires don’t even do the selecting, the human finds us.. Their body emits a certain scent. Only strong souls that are equipped with infinite potential, adaptable, almost fearless, perfect for immortality, offer the scent. Having one that you’re sexually attracted to is a plus, but not always promised. Especially with a woman, you don’t want an ugly broad by your side for eternity. That’s a fate worse than death if you’re looking for a s****l partner.   When in the presence of the human, Vampires have the option to accept or deny the soul. If they deny, the human is ignored and left alone or selected as a meal or merely as a f**k toy for the night. If accepted however, is where the process begins. Looking at the human, be sure to make eye contact to captivate them. They’ll be in a trance, unable to ignore you. They’ll look, smile, notice, want you.. Slowly gravitating towards you unconsciously. Talking ensues which leads to seduction or friendship. The nature of the relationship is based on the connection felt between the soul and the vampire.  The bite from a Vampire is venomous, which liquifies your prey. Something like when a venomous snake bites. Every organ and bone is broken down. After feeding, the only remnants of the meal is a sack of flesh, which continues to melt into a puddle of bubbling slime. Voila! Nothing left!  This can also be quite entertaining, watching humans step in the pull des of liquefied human. “Ew, what the f**k is that?! Oh my god it’s everywhere!” Vampires can be pranksters, we’re dead but we do like to laugh sometimes! Like dinner and a show!  Back to business, when creating a new prodigy, no venom is given. The dry bite allows draining, the vampire sucks them completely dry. New vampires need to dry out completely before being fully changing. This creates a mummy of sorts, preserving the corpse. Maintaining the youthful look of the new Vampire, able to be kept for eternity. Once the blood and moisture is removed from the body, decomposition will set in quickly.  Quickly, you begin by placing the body into a dry, wooden box. New makers need to chant a spell. The cadaver will illuminate slightly with the success of the spell. (Or a false illumination will happen, even if the spell is unsuccessful)  Then the burial, which is extremely important. The box encasing your prodigy must buried in cursed grounds and the ground does the rest. Keeping the body buried for a minimum of six months is standard. The longer the ‘incubation’, the more powerful the new vampire will be, once released. This process isn’t always successful, it’s much more advanced than described. The saying “it’s easier said than done” is suitable for this situation. It’s easy to accidentally kill your soul mate, which happens more often than not. That probably explains why vampires haven’t taken over the world by now.  Not draining bodies properly before burial will just have you waiting the entire duration of the incubation process, only to unearth a rotten puddle of disgusting, pungent goo. Have you ever smelled a dead mouse somewhere in your house? Yeah, it’s way worse than that. Gut wrenching, vomit at first whiff, kind of s**t.  If the spell is chanted incorrectly, the human will not begin to turn. The grounds will reject the body. When the potential maker returns, the body will have already been pushed out of the earth. Hopefully a human doesn’t find the body before the maker does! That’s always fun too, to watch humans freak out about finding a dead body in a box on the ground. They go crazy!  Unearthing the corpse too early will break the spell of the cursed grounds and instantly kill the prodigy. Patience is a virtue in this process, which most vampires do not possess. Such a cruel joke.  As a maker, you are in tune with your prodigy’s senses. When it’s time, makers can feel everything they do. When they are awake, the pain they feel, the fear. While buried, a prodigy can feel their maker, too. We’re instantly connected by an incredible bond. Prodigies feel the exact emotions of the makers, but amplified. The makers cause severe jolts of pain erupt through prodigies when they are near. The pain prepares them mentally for the afterlife, just acclimating them. Eventually they’ll grow an extremely high pain tolerance from it.  The makers sole purpose from beginning to end to protect the baby vamp. It’s like a mother hen sitting on her eggs, incubating them and keeping them safe from harm. Rogue vampires will purposefully dig up and murder prodigies just to be d***s. Especially if it’s a prodigy of importance like mine is.  With the final stretch, two months before unearthing, makers bury themselves close to the prodigy. This causes constant waves of the pain to solidify the pain tolerance. Hardening and grooming them for immortality. Once dug up, rehydration is key. Bodies absorb the water like sponges, it brings life back to the corpse, restoring them to their original physique. They resemble talking beef jersey at first. After hydration, you have an immortal being ready to be molded. It’s like having a new baby, minus the shitty diapers. You still get the throw up part though.  Then, Introduction of the new Vampire to their tomb. The resting place is where they have their first drink of blood. This step is crucial, this MUST be completed in the tomb! Not before!Which is difficult if the wild new vampire happens upon an unsuspecting human. Instant death comes to baby vamps if feeding happens before acclimated with the makers blood while in the tomb. They become bubbling puddles of slimy s**t just like the human they prematurely but into.  After the first feed, prospects need to slumber. Eventually waking up as a new being. Seeing through new eyes, feeling new emotions, intensely feeling their makers, new instincts, heightened senses, abilities like super speed. Completely reborn. They are instantly drawn to their makers. Little lost puppies begging to stay with their mother. Everything a maker feels, the new vampire feels tenfold. If an emotion of anger, the vamp will feel an erupting fire burning inside them. If a feeling of sadness, the new vamp will feel it so much, it’ll bring them to tears. Anything you as a maker feels, they will respond accordingly. Attacking on your behalf without speaking, forgiving you without the need to apologize, loving you back because you love them so much. It’s the ultimate manipulation technique.  The last step is to assert dominance over the new vampire. This is done however the maker deems necessary. Torture, kindness, pain, love, s*x, r**e, false weakness, emotion manipulation, anything to keep them in line. New vampires are wild. You cannot allow them to be uncontrolled. Otherwise, they will leave a trail of nothing but panic, chaos, blood and slimy puddles of dead humans behind. I haven’t made my decision about how I intend to keep the order of my new prodigy. I’m obsessed with her beauty. She is such a powerful force, my only feeling for her is desire. She ignited an inferno inside me. If all goes well, I hope to have her as my willing partner. This all depends on her will. I’ll treat her with respect as long as she reciprocates. I’ve searched for her for so long and the feeling of love is something I truly desire, which is something unknown and new to me. My prodigy is something special, but if my advances fail to have her reciprocate, I’ll just have to take her. Again, that isn’t necessarily what I want. I want a love where she’d be comfortable farting in front of me, even though Vampires don’t fart.  Burning is a key component to maintain obedience. At times, however, it’s not always very effective. Wild vamps will chase the blood lust. They are immune to the pain of the burning when so out of control. New vamps will hunt, run and kill until they turn to dust and ash from the burning embers. If they return, but are still uncontrollable, killing them maybe a necessary evil. Especially if the baby vamp is a threat to the exposure of the Vampire world to humans. As a maker, you need to make the tough decision to either end their wildling or bring them to the council. If the maker does not act and allows the vamp to run rampant, The council of Elders will intervene. The elders will capture the pair, maker and prodigy suffer the same fate as the threat is promptly terminated. Burning may seem a bit cruel but doesn’t it give you a feeling of safety knowing there is something that could protect your mortal life from a wild vampire?  Hopefully that is not a decision I have to make. My beautiful girl is the key to me obtaining my title as head Vampire. This is something I will not take lightly. I need to be serious, stern, ferocious, but also loving. I want her to love me. I want her. Determined, I will protect her with my life. If need be, I will be the only thing able to cause her pain. Otherwise I’ll rip anything and everything to shreds for her.  Now, the hard part, waiting for her to wake up.
