This happens after the family dinner between the king, Queen and their adopted son Gael.
Ava becomes so emotional, she had sworn never to talk about her again, but the occurrences of the day made her think and yearn for the daughter who had been taken away from them immediately after her birth. She was born prematurely and couldn’t survive, and thereafter, Ava couldn’t conceive again.
That’s when they resulted in adoption. Adoption hadn’t been Ava’s first choice, but Nolan had insisted on it. Ava just had to do it to make him happy.
