Moving On

Lexie sat in her apartment trying to figure out what to do with her day off.She thought maybe she would go to the park.She even thought maybe she would go to a movie.But then she thought about the walk home from work and how it might be time to move on

She pulled out her tablet and began looking for companies to apply at.While she was searching she came across a job opportunity at the Baxter building.

She put in her resume really not thinking she would get anywhere with it and decided that was enough for the day.Maybe she wasn't so serious after all.

She decided she would take a trip to the movies and think some more about her life and what she wanted to do now.

She took a quick shower and got dressed and ready for her movie.

She makes her way through downtown to the Sundance movie theater and picked up the ticket she purchased online.

Romantic comedies we're her all time favorite kind of movies and this looked like it would be a good one

As she sat watching the movie she received an email reply to her resume.Youve got to be kidding me she said.The people at a company called Singularity we're interested in her resume and had scheduled her for an interview tomorrow.

Lexie smiled as she sat and watched her movie the baxter building she said quietly to herself still smiling.And the night went on.
