Happy with tae

Jungkook's POV

I was dressed in all black, for my music classes.

I didn't wanna go out, but Lisa pushed me that I should not miss my college. But going there meant seeing Lucy but not being able to talk to her.

Why can't I even apologise!

MY guilt kept on hitting and hurting me bad..

I grabbed a pack of banana milk and slurped it up in one go. I dumped it in the trash and moved out of the house.

Soon I reached our university. I was determined to avoid her but on reaching I saw one of my classmates injured and being taken to our Seoul national hospital, and me being the President of student council I had to accompany him.

When I reached h the hospital wing, I saw her all geared up in the Hospital Scrub, mask, gloves and head cap..

She hurried to my friend taking him in on a stretcher as she closed the door behind.

I kept looking at her through the glass door, she was busy giving first aid to my friend.

Wow!

She cleaned his wound, and brought a needle and stitched up his forehead. She applied some antiseptic cream over it..

Either she was doing wonders or I was too enchanted by her!

Soon she pushed him into another room and I could not see her anymore.

I sat on the couch waiting..

*2 hours later*

"kook, your friend is totally fine.. You can take him with you" I looked up to see Lucy smiling at me.

"thanks Lucy... Umm can we talk?" I said hesitantly.

"Lu I am impressed. You can't even bear the pain of taking an injection, but here you are stitching up other people's wound like its nothing" tae said walking towards her.

Lucy hit him on his arm laughing..

'she is so happy' I thought.

"Ya kook what do you wanna talk about?" she said. "umm.. Can you meet me at the cafeteria, around 5 in the evening , alone?" I fiddled with my fingers.

" Sure" she smiled "but gotta go now, anneyong" she turned back towards OPD. "Byee kooook" tae said, following her.

I waited, time went by.. Soon it was 5pm, I reached cafeteria. I saw her sitting alone, looking at her phone.

"hi, Lucy.. Thanks for coming" I said as I sat next to her. "no worries kook, I have ordered banana milk for you and coffee for me, it was a busy day! BTW you wanted to say something right?" she questioned.

"Ya lu.. Umm I was.. Saying" I couldn't speak. "say kook, what is it!?" she said smiling.

"Lu.. About that night.. Its... Its nothing between..." I started but was stopped by her, "kook it's gone, why do you wanna bring it up all over again?.. It's okay, it happens. You had a crush on both Sammy and me, you chose her!

And even I misinterpreted that closeness of ours to be something else" she continued " but kook it's okay, we are friends, and more than that I am happy being with tae, he has been my support for ever" she smiled.

'happy being with tae! " I felt a pang in my heart..

"so.. So... You feel he is good for you? Best?" I felt my voice cracking.

"he is my best friend, he is the best already, but best for me or not.. How can my best friend not be best for me" she smiled.

I wanted to cry, cry cause I could feel how much strong she is, how much she distanced herself, and how well she chose the guy who never did anything to hurt her.

As our order came, we silently had them, I couldn't take the pain anymore, " okay Lu, I have to run, goodbye. I hope you will be happy, THIS time.." I left without waiting for her anymore.

I left crying.

I lost the most precious one!

Lucy's POV

He left, I saw him crying, I was about to call him as Lisa came shutting me up. I held her and cried, cried hard.

" Lu calm down " she kept patting my back.

"lisaa.. Koo.. Koo.. Was.. Crying.. Please... Please tell... Him.. I.. I am... His" I kept crying.

Soon jimin, jin hyung, tae, yoongi, joon everyone hugged me tight. I sobbed more and more.

"Lucy our plan is working, he now understands your importance" jimin said.

All I did was sob. Making him cry broke me.

I hated our plan..

*Flashback*

The day after the night of confession

"Joon hyung, will you please come to my dorm with Lisa and pick up jungkook... He was here, all night.. I will tell you everything later on.." Lucy called namjoon in the early morning.

She went into the cafeteria, sitting all alone.

Joonie and Lisa dropped by, jimin, yoongi, taehyung, hoesok, everyone accompanied them.

Lisa hugged Lucy as Lucy started crying bad, worse. Again.

" Lucy you have fever" Lisa exclaimed as she hugged her. But all Lucy did was sob, very bad.

"let's go to my home, we need to talk" jimin said.

They all soon reached jimin's home.

They made Lucy sit, all of them were very angry on kook. How could he hurt someone like her.

"He loves you Lucy, I have seen it in his eyes" namjoon broke the silence.

"what kind of love defines touching some other girl that way jooon oppa" Lucy sobbed.

Again, everyone was silent.

"He loves you, he does, he is just jealous of your bestfriend tae, he is dumb, he can't accept it, please give him a chance.. All he did was purely out of jealousy " yoongi pleaded.

Lucy wouldn't have paid heed to it, but it was Yoongi, he won't pitch in unless it's real honest.

Lucy stared blankly.

" Well we can teach him a lesson of how his life will be without her" jimin smirked..

Lucy asked.." how.....?? "
