“Listen,” Peach started to explain to Jaxus, even though he didn’t really want to. “For Rank Knights, swords are their core. They fight using swords and defend using them.”
She unsheathed her own sword and showed it to him. Hers was relatively thin compared to Gravis, who had a thick blade. But Peach’s sword was longer than a regular sword. In fact, it was abnormally long. It was almost as tall as her. Not that she was a tall person, but she was still at least five feet.
“I’m not saying you only need a sword, though,” she continued. “I’m saying that our swords are like the heart and the mind. Everything must revolve around it. You can still use magic while using your sword, or maybe coat it with magic powers.”
