Continuous, low but muffled growls came from the strange wolf's closed mouth. The wolf was so big, it towered over us even if it was just standing on all its four feet. I could only imagine how tall it would be if it reared on its hind legs. A shudder tingled my spine at the thought. "Stay where you are, you damned slobbering dog," Carlisle snapped at the werewolf.
