CUSTODY AND PROTECTIVE CUSTODY
When the aerial-cam alarm indicated an approaching aircraft, everyone in the barn’s basement crowded around the video-screen. With its blackened out windows, it was identical to the quadcopter that had delivered Melanka to the barn several hours earlier. The moment its rotors stopped kicking up dust, two passengers jumped out.
Agent Danel hooked a hand around Faltor’s elbow and escorted toward the barn. The prisoner’s wrists were secured behind his back, and his ankles were shackled with metal cuffs tethered by a half metre long cable.
