Ever since she was little, all the pretty brown haired girl wanted was love of her own, having never being the center of attention in her family of five older siblings and two happily married parents. Who always had the knack of leaving her out unintentionally, so it was never surprising when their sweet baby girl was always out of the loop when it came to a few things.

The only attention she ever received was from the maids, servants and cooks who took care of her when her parents were out of town for their family business. Which inspired a strong bond between them, and in all honesty it was never her siblings, or parents fault for leaving her out.

It was just that from the moment she was born, the girl was always sick having being born with a weak immune system that caused her to spend most of her first months, In the hospital until it was safe for her to go home when she was five months and even then that started the frequent visits to the hospital for blood transfusions and wellness checkups.

But now at seventeen the strongest and healthiest she's been, the girl found herself yearning for something different. Something that her best friend, Ezekiel Martinez glazed at Becca Marshalls with and for some strange reason whenever she saw the interaction. Her heart would always sting for days on end as the scene replayed in her brain in a never ending loop.

With a deep sigh she always couldn't help the thought that crossed her mind, when will she get someone to give her a look like that? Was she unworthy of it? Was there something she done in her past life to be lacking, something everyone else seems to have but her? Just what made her different?
