It was exactly five days later that Barrett came back to the house, accompanied by Lewis of course. Not once had his friend showed up in his absence despite Barrett telling him he could and Gabriella was grateful for that. It was great having a week away from both of them and it's not like that made the house any less tiring for her. She had cleaned after Eleanor and Emily everyday for the past five days since she left the dungeons, her fingers were already peeling and most times Eleanor made her clean areas that she had already cleaned or that had been cleaned by any of the maids before she gave her any meals.
