She must have dozed off for a while, because she heard movement from behind her. It was almost as if the noise was coming from the ground and she was startled. The person was trying hard not to be heard, or was it just insects? By her calculations, it had to be in the early hours of the morning. She had been into some deep thoughts, her whole body aching her when she fell asleep. She was not so deep in sleep as it was almost impossible to sleep with these chains cutting through her skin, and the cold was killing.
