Simeon dropped Gabriella close to the barbers shop like he had before and drove off, telling her to call him as soon as she was ready to leave, as he was not sure how long he would take but it was not anytime soon and she thanked him again before coming down. She walked briskly down the pathway that led to the gardens, her clothes were rough. The ground of the dungeon coupled with the fact that she had squeezed herself underneath Simeon’s seat made her dress rough and dirty, she dusted the dress with her hands as she made her way down the gardens, doing what she could to make the dress look better. Why was she suddenly bothered about her looks? She sure wanted to please Ryan, but Ryan did not need much pleasing.
