“Ella!”
“Ella… wake up, aren’t you going to school?” I heard Suzie’s voice.
I struggled so hard to open my eyes, I had like the worst feeling ever. I felt like I was having the worst hangover of my life. My head hurt like hell, and my whole body felt weak and feeble.
When my eyes fluttered open, I saw Suzie. She was kneeling beside my bed and her concerned face was closely investigating mine.
“Is everything okay?” she said.
As soon as she spoke, everything that happened yesterday suddenly came crashing back into my head. I actually rejected Asher and broke my bond with him. Right now, I felt like my inner wolf had been crashed to a million pieces by the impact.
