Ella’s POV
“Where?” I said.
Before Asher could answer me, Phoenix suddenly intervened.
“Whoaa, you’re bleeding,” he said, hurrying up to Asher. “What the hell happened out there?”
“It’s nothing, I’m okay. We just got into some trouble with the demons. But that’s not important right now. What matters is that we know where they’ve been coming from,” Asher said, walking closer.
As he came closer to where I stood, I saw the bruises and cuts on his face. There were blood splatters all over his clothes. It looked like he had just been in a war zone.
“I traced the demons to Silver Claw Pack,” Asher suddenly said.
My heart literally skipped a beat when he said that.
