Phoenix’s POV
“What is it… what’s happening?” Ella said, making me look at her.
“I’m being told that Zane is here,” I said.
“What?” she was shocked. She immediately shot up from the chair where she’d been seated.
“What is he doing here? Is anybody hurt?” she said, looking at me with concern in her eyes.
“No… nobody is hurt. Everybody is okay. Zane is at the gates… Says he wants to see you,” I continued.
“Me?” she said.
“Yeah. We should go down there and see what’s going on… Before things turn messy and somebody gets hurt,” I said.
She nodded her head in agreement as I quickly stood from my seat too. This stupid Zane. Every time Zane, Zane, Zane. That guy really needed to be stopped.
