He pressed his lips on hers as she was still sleeping. He had admired her for a while as she was laying beside him. To him the view of her sleeping was breathtaking and he couldn't get enough of her. He was pleased by her beauty and the way she was a good person generally. He was glad that she wasn't the boastful and arrogant princess. She was kind hearted and didn't behave like a princess who was proud. She was always humble and caring and that's one thing he loved about her mostly. When he realised she didn't wake up. He pressed his lips on her with more pressure. Her eyes widened hastily as she stared at him with utter shock. She couldn't believe that he just kissed her.

"I am now your husband you shouldn't be shocked when am doing this to you", he had forgotten about the promise of not touching her until she gave him the permission. He just smooched her while she was asleep. He didn't ask her permission to do that. But she wasn't angry in anyway, she was just surprised by his move and how he first gave her the first kiss while she was asleep.

"I know that I have never been kissed before that's why am acting this way", she mentioned the real reason why she was acting that way. She always hoped that her first kiss would be with a guy she loved so much. She wished that he would kiss her slowly while it was raining showers. That was the best kiss to her and it seemed her wish didn't come to pass. She wasn't inlove with him yet so she wished that a request would be fulfilled at one point in her life. She wished to get a husband who would love her so much and treat her like his queen.

"Ooh wow so that means am the first man to kiss your soft lips huuh...", He raised a brow at her as he licked his lips. He couldn't wait for the moment that he would french kiss her. The imagination of the act made him desire her more than ever.

"Yes you will be the first man and I think the last man I will be with", since she knew only death would separate them. She knew that she wouldn't kiss any other man other than him. She also wished to kiss him but she was still shy. She didn't know how to kiss well and how she would start kissing him. She had no idea of how people kiss and how they are supposed to react while kissing.

"Ofcourse my dear wife but won't give you pressure. Will just kiss you again when you are ready for it", he was trying his best to be patient with her. He didn't want to pressure her into doing something she wasn't ready for.

"It's fine Blake I bet it's already morning right...", She could see the light that was in their room. Sleeping by his side was the best feeling ever and she wished to be doing that more often. Laying on his chest made her sleep better and have a good rest. She couldn't tell him yet but he could see that she enjoyed laying beside him.

"Yes it's already morning. But here in Xarvia we sleep during the daytime. And work at night since we are vampires", he reminded her of how he was a vampire. She hadn't forgotten about that and how he drank the blood while they were eating. She recalled how she heard stories of how vampires were affected by sun light. She didn't know if it was the entire truth or just a story.

"Aah is it true that vampires are affected by the sun", she asked as she was twisting her fingers. She couldn't understand the reason why she felt so anxious when around him.

"Yes it's so true especially pure blooded vampires we can't stay under the sun for a long period. We normally feel itchy and that's the main reason we sleep during the day and work during the night", he explained it to her and the main reason why they didn't stay outdoors for long during the day. She desired to know more about vampires and how they lived.

"How about the half blooded vampires how are they like...?" She raised anothef question. She just wanted to understand them better and know the way they were living. Since she would give birth to half blooded vampires she wanted to know more about them.

"Half blooded vampires aren't affected by the sun at all. They are just like humans and the soldiers who guard this palace during the day are all half blooded. They also eat what you humans love to eat. They can survive without drinking blood not like us. But the bad thing about half blooded vampires is that they don't live for long like us pure blooded. They mostly reach like two hundred years and die", he explained to her. She was amazed with what she was just hearing. Half blooded vampires were more than the pure blooded ones since the pure blooded vampires birth rate was so slow. That's the main reason why pure blooded vampires preference was marrying humans since they would give birth easily unlike the pure blooded vampires.

"Wow that's interesting and do they age quickly like us humans", she knew that vampires didn't age quickly like humans. She always wondered how life would be with her husband after she started aging. That question was always in her mind since they got married. She couldn't ask him her fear since she didn't want to look like she was paranoid over the future.

"No the good thing is that they don't age quickly like humans. They just age like us pure blooded vampires. But one thing is that they die looking so young even though they are old", he mentioned explaining to her more about pure blooded vampires. He was more than ready to tell her everything she wished to know if it was something that he could share to her. He was also cautious to not tell her too much about them. He didn't want to tell her their secrets since he didn't trust her fully.

"That's interesting I want to know more about vampires and your tradition", she mentioned. Her stomach started to rumble immediately, she placed her hand on her stomach. She hadn't eaten for a while now and needed to consume something.

"We will do that later. Let's go and eat something", he heard her stomach rumbling. He couldn't let her continue to starve. He stood and headed towards the door then opened it. She followed him then headed to the dining table. He ordered their supper, as he waited for their madeins to join them.

"Am sorry my princess I was asleep", her maiden Dina apologized for her lateness. Since Ariana had the prince by her side, she had forgotten about her personal maidens since he helped her when she needed to someone.

"It's fine just bring our meals", she mentioned as she waited for her to do as she had instructed her. She went to the kitchen and brought the meals she had just ordered.

"This is so yummy", she got the words out through a mouthful of roast beef. She couldn't believe that the vampires were great cooks too.

"It's our human chef who is the main chef here that's why our meals are so tasty", he mentioned between bites. He was amazed to hear that she liked the meal so much.

"It's really weird eating supper in the early hours of the morning am not used to this", she knew that it would take some time for her to familiarise with their way of life. But then she had no other choice than get used to how they were living.

"You will just get used to it as time pass. Since you are living in a vampire territory you have to get used to our different lifestyle", he mentioned as he was biting a piece of meat. He nodded his head in satisfaction as he was chewing the meat.

"I will just do that since am now the wife of the vampire prince", She mentioned. She recalled how she was telling her siblings that she hoped that she would wake up and find that it was all a dream. But unfortunately it wasn't just a dream, she had to get married to the vampire prince who she hadn't met at that time. She remembered the way she got worried of how her life would be like when she was married to him. But to her surprise, her vampire prince wasn't who she thought he was. During the times she has spent by his side. He has been treating her well and taking care of her. She hoped that he would remain like that forever.

"Yes my wife you are the wife of the handsome vampire prince", he mentioned as he was touching his beards. He licked his lips seductively at her and that made her flinch as she stared at him intensely. He was saying the truth she could see that he was really handsome and attractive. This was her first time to see him bragging about how good looking he was.

"Yes you are so handsome",she mentioned as she looked on her plate. She couldn't look into his eyes after she had just admitted that he was handsome. She recalled when she first saw him in their wedding. She was awed by the way he was too handsome and cute. Even though she couldn't tell him directly by facing him. He knew that she was sincere with what she just told him.

"I bet our kids will be so cute even more than us", he mentioned with a wide grin on his face. He stood and headed towards her. He then slightly bent and whispered in her ears. "Let's go and make those babies now", he was tissing her yet again. Her eyes widened as adrenaline rushed through her body. She couldn't believe that he had started to act nasty around her. She couldn't imagine making love to him. That would be so embarrassing for her since she was shy and couldn't let him see her body. A soft chuckle escaped from his lips as he stared at her reaction. He just loved the way she would react all the time.
