Vivian stood coldly away and watched as Maureen frantically pressed the elevator buttons, not stopping her.
Maureen was all bluff, seemingly aggressive, but in fact, she had been waiting for Vivian to pull her over and beg her.
When the elevator door opened, many people crowded out. Maureen turned to look at Vivian, then looked at Herbert. "Go up and tell your sister that Vivian wants to take you to court for a hundred thousand dollars."
After Maureen finished speaking, she winked at Herbert.
Herbert understood and stepped forward, his face flushed.
