The junkie followed Emma Hatthaway for quite a while, and finally he gave off a strong throttle and crossed to block her way.
Too suddenly, she couldn't keep up, so Emma Hatthaway slammed on the brakes all the way. As a result, she fell onto the road, her skin touching the hot pavement. The car was also on top of her leg.
Not giving the other guy a chance, she immediately lifted the car up a bit, pulled out her legs and stood up to start running away.
But the other guy wasn't hurt anywhere, he was a few beats faster than her, she had barely run two steps before he grabbed the top of her hair.
"ASIAN." Emma Hatthaway screamed in pain, a strong force grabbing her hair, pulling back against the force she was running so fast that her scalp seemed to fall off.
"Don't try to run, you won't be able to escape." He grabbed her hair tighter, pulled her back a few steps, and laughed savagely.
"No, let me go." Emma Hatthaway grabbed the hair in the other man's hand, trying to pull it towards her to save it, as well as relieve the pain.
"You can't say no to me. Because there's no point in saying it."
The other guy used a very strong force to grab her hair and pull it to the side. She was knocked down instantly with just one pull of his hair.
Emma Hatthaway put her hand on the street, her sister's skin was scratched, and blood was pouring out.
"Please, forgive me. I'm in high school." Emma Hatthaway clasped her hands together and wept profusely. Her clothes were all dirty from falling on the street twice.
"Ha ha, high school is my taste. High school girls are usually delicious." The guy walked closer to her.
She put her hands behind her and pulled her body back. The man's dirty, smelly hand touched her face, and it didn't take long for her to resolutely turn her face the other way.
He immediately grabbed her big hand and grabbed her neck.
"Help, someone can't help me." Emma Hatthaway screamed for help, but no one in this lonely place could hear her.
"Shut up." There was a popping sound, the guy slammed his hand into her face, making her face completely red with five fingers.
"Hey, what are you doing? Don't mess around." A woman and a man ran to her from afar, the woman screaming. "That name has no humanity, get rid of the girl quickly."
Emma Hatthaway saw the two of them, as if she had just seen a bright light in the stillness of darkness.
The guy saw them running, so he immediately let go of his hand and got in the car and drove away.
"Hey stop, come to the ward with me." The man ran close to the place shouting.
The roar of the car was gone.
"Girl, are you okay?" The kind woman came to help her up. "Oh my god! My hand is bleeding."
"It's okay. Thank you, aunt and uncle, I was saved by my uncle and aunt." Emma Hatthaway still had tears in her eyes, but she could still thank the other two.
The man ran over and lifted her car up and looked at it. It seemed to be off the chain.
"Next time, don't come back this late."
"Where is your house? Can you hear me calling for help?" Emma Hatthaway pictured there were no houses on either side of the road, so she asked.
"My house is over there. I didn't hear you say anything. Because it's too far away." The kind woman pointed to the side of the field, there was a small house in the middle of the field by the road.
"Then how did you know that something happened here and ran out?"
"Aren't you going with your friends? He called and said that he had been bullied out there. A young man can't save a little girl. The aunt and uncle tried to scold him, but he was afraid that he would be taken away after he cursed. I should run out here first. And where's that kid?" The woman looked around as if looking for someone.
"Youth? I didn't go back with anyone, and I didn't see any male friends following me."
"Then you don't know, it ran in and banged on the door before we came out."
"How is she dressed, tall or short?" Emma Hatthaway found it a little strange and very curious.
"He's also very handsome in general, wearing a white suit. I can't remember his face clearly now."
From Emma Hatthaway's mind came a figure dressed in white. Is it that person? He went missing almost ten years ago. Emma Hatthaway was momentarily lost.
She looked around searching, as if trying to find the figure of that person.
"Hey kid, the car can go. Hurry back home or your family will worry." The man put his foot down on the car and called out to her.
"Yes, thank you, thank you very much." Emma Hatthaway bowed ninety degrees to thank the couple.
She got on her bicycle and pedaled home as fast as she could, but her mind now seemed to be filled with the silhouette of the man in white. Where is he to help you? After helping her, where did he hide?
It was already past noon when she got home. She sat on the porch in this flaming heat waiting for her.
"Oh, Emma, why are you so late from school today?" As soon as she saw her return, she stood up. "Oh! Why is it all so messy?"
She put her hand on her shoulder, turned her body around to examine it, then the hand stopped at her face. "Oh my god! What's wrong with my face? Who hit me?"
Her eyes were filled with pity, her granddaughter was beaten and her stomach burned.
"Yes, I fell in a car." Emma Hatthaway raised her hand to cover the blush on her face, afraid she would be worried if she knew.
"What kind of car fell off with five red finger prints on your face? Don't lie to me." Her eyes fluttered, she saw the handprint on her face before she covered it.
"No. I really fell from the car, my hand is still scratched here." Emma Hatthaway showed her bleeding hand to her grandmother.
"Don't lie like that, go home and wash your wounds." She pulled her into the house.
She carefully washed her wound. She was in pain but she did not dare to scream because she was worried. After she had carefully bandaged it, she went to the bathroom to wash the place where the man's filthy hands had touched, and to brush off the dirt on her body.
She knew she didn't want to talk, and she didn't ask anymore. But her eyes were all covered with worry. While she was taking a bath, she went to prepare lunch for her.
Each stream of water flowing over her body made her comfortable, the fear from just now was still in her.
After eating lunch, it was time to go to school. She hurriedly said goodbye to her grandmother and left to continue studying.
"My parents came back at night, so now she goes home to do some errands. But when my parents come back late, let's go to Grandma's house for dinner." Grandma Emma Hatthaway stood on the porch talking to her.
"I can go to dinner with Lisa and Bella this afternoon, Grandma. You don't have to wait for me to eat." Emma Hatthaway beamed.
She always smiled like that at her grandmother, no matter what emotions she had in her body, even negative ones.
"Then don't come back too late."
"Yes."
After that, she got on her bicycle to go to school. Today she chose the time to go a little ahead of her friends so that when everyone went, they would go behind. There would be no danger. Every time she always leaves behind, so if something like today happens, no one can help. Having just experienced such a horrible incident, she immediately realized that she should go to school a little earlier.
Afternoons are light subjects, so she can comfortably remember someone whose face is unknown without fear of being reminded.
