My eyes flutter open and Roman's sleeping body calms me. His body slowly rises and then falls with each breath. People look so peaceful while asleep. I stare at his body and take a moment to take it in. As he sleeps, the chaos of they day before, seems to melt away. Without taking my eyes from him I slip out of bed. Roman doesn't stir. I toss my night clothes aside and put on a white tank top and shorts. White always seems to make me look tan. My eyes scan the room in search of his keys. One step in front of the other. Part of me doesn't think I should take his jeep, but I know what I need to do. Somehow I can't help but think it would be easier to get it without him. This is just as much my problem as it is his, but he won't be apart of it. As I close the front door, I take a deep breat
