Veronica's POV
My lower lips curved with a decent smile. “No. I am here to see Mr Darwin. Is he in the office?” I asked him.
“Of course, Miss Veronica. Hope there is no problem?” He asked.
“No. I will just be on my way now.” I said and walked past him without giving him the audience he deserved.
Getting to the door of Darwin's office, I knocked once like all other visitors would do, and I opened the door.
Walking into his office, Darwin lifted his head and he was surprised to see me.
“Veronica!” My name slipped out of his lips as he beheld me in awe.
