Friday And Some More Dear Diary, I rush out the door and into the hallway beyond. Nervous energy careens through me as I scan the passage for any sign of Dare. I don’t spot the prince right away, but there’s no mistaking how the outer hallway is filled with a new kind of gargoyle. These are all made from marble that’s so pale, they could almost be ghosts. Yet they aren’t. The pale gargoyles thump their clawed feet and let out hungry roars. In the Good For Me column, they’re all looking in the opposite direction. That’s nice.
