When Trevor entered the canteen at lunchtime, he got his food and sat down opposite Paul and Sandy. “Is that all you’re having?” Sandy asked, looking at the lone sandwich on Trevor’s plate. “I’m not hungry,” Trevor mumbled. He heard Paul clearing his throat, but didn’t look up.
