The black town car pulled into the driveway and Maggie stepped out. I couldn’t wait. I ran to her and embraced her in a warm hug.
“I missed you so much.”
She smiled at me. “I missed you too, Honey.”
“Come, let’s have lunch. Your stuff will be in your room.”
I introduced Maggie to Jayson and we headed to the East Wing of the packhouse. It was designed as a mother-in-law's suite. I was set up as an apartment. Lunch was already set up in the dining room.
