After two hours of saying goodbye to Logan, I made my way to Liam. I felt like I needed to tell him goodbye before giving up everything.
There was no point in finishing this semester. When I go back to the pack house to get Nova back, I won’t be able to return. I will assume the role of Luna. Oh goodness becoming Luna. That is something I will worry about if I get Nova back.
I walked into Liam’s office to find him sitting behind the desk looking tired. “Hey Liam.”
He looked up and smiled. “Hey Jaclyn.”
“So Logan and I talked.”
I could see the pain in his face. I don’t know why, but I walked to him and smashed my lips into his. It didn’t take him long to respond to my kiss.
We finally pulled away from each other. “I came to say goodbye.” Trying to hold back the tears.
“I know.
