Xavier’s POV
After we reached the pack house, Emily locked herself into her studio. She always went to the studio room when she did not feel good or upset about something. Jay was the reason she smiled this whole time, happy that she had forgotten about her studio.
But what happened in the woods reminded her of her studio. Jay becomes worried about her.
“Will she be alright, Xavier?” Jay asked as he saw Emily walk out without looking back at him. He seems hurt by that, for sure.
“Don’t worry, Jay. She is not angry at you. Emily is angry at me. Leave it to me. You can have some food and rest. You have to get ready for tomorrow’s date.” I remind him and call Aslam by mind link.
“Alpha, you called me?” Aslam asked as he came here with a red face.
