Damien watched in silent amusement as the human panted lightly but did not feel any guilt for his predicament.
So feeling as if it was a waste of his time speaking to him Damien continued walking leaving the human to catch up to him.
After all, they had important matters to attend to. Well, Damien was not sure whether it was important at this point anymore. For all the clues he'd found had so far only led to dead ends and very dead families.
"Hey wait up! I understand alright, you do not wish to speak to me, whatever." The human continued with his grumblings still dutifully following him but what made Damien want to tear his throat out was the next words that came out of his insolent mouth.
