Diane chose to be quiet afterwards as they headed back to the manor.She knew very well the criteria that the main brain has for the research that was published and used by the public. As a child who was groomed by David to be his successor, she was more than familiar with it. They managed to get back after a night in the forest. First thing that Diane did was to get into the living room and set aflame the fireplace as Rose had done when they first arrived back then. It was a good thing that they had stocked a little firewood nearby. Lighting a fire is easier now. Rose volunteered to cook for them tonight. Diane did not object this time, instead she was focused on doing her best to set the fireplace aflame. She wanted to boil some water for their baths and also to treat Rhian’s bruises.
