Awkward Conversation
“Umm… Well… I was…a little… hurt and confused, and needed to be alone for a bit, so I went to the ladies room to clean up and gather myself,” I whisper looking down at my lap again, feeling the heat rise up to my neck and face. “I’m sorry, I should have asked you to join me in my bathroom to clean up, instead of just assuming you would go in there on your own.
