Leah wept as the car started. “No!” she screamed. “Take me back, I need him!” “Lady, you‟ve got to be quiet,” said the younger male officer in the passenger seat. As they were driving, Leah wept. People on the side of the road and in their cars stared at her and she closed her eyes, wishing that this day could disappear. They took her directly to the station. Pushing her indoors, all the hookers and drunk drivers wrinkled their noses at her because of the smell.
