After that night, Lhuyd and I distanced ourselves from each other. So that I can move-on and live in peace. He apologized for everything and that made me feel relieved that so many weights were removed from my heart.

Maybe an apology from him is all I need to heal. If I figured that out and face him maybe this heavy feelings would not be carried for a long time. And that teaches me so many lessons. I am very thankful that day happened.

Fast forward today, I lived a busy but happy life. Those memories and past experiences were very memorable. But you ask if I am dating someone. Of course I do! I am so happy I met this guy. We started dating when I started my business, his my business partner. He is kind and charming and we get along so well. I am so blessed that I met him.

Lhuyd on the other hand, I heard that he married last 2 years ago with his long time girlfriend. He already has 2 kids and lives a life filled with happiness. I am so happy for him. He also invited me to his wedding but I was on vacation at that time. I was happy that he sent an invitation for a very important day of his life.

Now I realize that we are perfect for being just friends. The best lesson that I've learned was NEVER EXPECT AND ASSUME TOO MUCH and just try to get along in life.
