Due to the sudden fact, the air between Charles Wicker and Arthur turned inexplicably awkward. While Arthur couldn’t hide his restlessness by constantly rubbing the back of his neck, Charles also find relief by averting his gaze from looking at the young man. The situation had taken a turn and one thing for sure, is that it had become awkward.
Truthfully, Charles had never seen it coming, the fact that he had to sleep with a young-looking man like Arthur just to complete his manifestation of Knight and Rose.
