Charles “…Phew.” Charles took his time to be calm and still. He first calmed down his uneven breathing, before moving on to rearranging his thoughts. As he might have noticed it, he was thrown back into his past life, one where he was a poor farmer’s son. Even so, he didn’t plan on getting thrown back in time while being in a panicked state, which was why he focused on gathering peace in his mind. “Charles?” His mother popped her head out of the house, her face masked with concern. Charles turned his head around to see her slowly emerging out of the house and walking towards him. “What’s wrong?
