He failed to find the exact proof of what Ciel actually is, but in the very least, he managed to list about three possible animals that young man probably morphed from.

2. Highly intelligent fox beastmen (Highly possible)

For number 1, the probability that Ciel is among one of those mythical class beastmen is pretty impossible as Charles can only find the records about that race dated way back about 800 years ago. Some believed that werewolves are already extinct, but the proof to support that claim is also vague.
