Dark's point of view
Death had not spoken once after hearing Lucia's statement earlier to us, hearing her friend's name made him think that it's a threat to the bride's life.
It has been countless centuries since our Father Lucifer existed in this hell, he sacrificed himself in order for us to rise upon the bloodshed and rule the underworld for the devil's sake.
It was such a disaster for our Father to be alone without the love of his life, but to Death's presence, he is still alive. Death became our Father's body and mind, and in order for us to bring justice for Lucifer, is to grant him his very last wish. To be one with his bride.
We failed countless times, we failed to protect the divine virgin from the archangel, but we cannot let that happen again.
God our Father might be testing our patience, but we will never give up. Not in this life.
"She's here" Death's eyes shifted into the horizon.
Both of us stood up straight and stared at the entrance of the palace.
We knew this will happen, we knew that an archangel will come and kill her again.
Flashback
"My friend" Lucia stated. "My friend knows"
"Friend? Where's your friend?" Ash asked.
Lucia takes a deep sighed and said.
"I don't know, but she wants to kill the bride. She said it was her mission, so I'm scared that we may end up being enemies in the end"
"Mission?" Death asked. "What is her name?"
The bride stared at her reflection on the floor.
"Phoenix"

As soon as we found out that it was Phoenix, my 5 brothers decided to bring her into a safe place. We entrusted them the life of the bride because both I and Death know that the archangel will come to Malvido.
A loud thud hits the ground outside the palace, and the entrance slowly opened like a woman with a sword came in with her wings on the back.
"Welcome to hell" I grinned.
"Dark" she smirked. "And of course, Death. It's been a long time"
She draws out her sword and pointed it at us, her wings started to flap causing the wind to stride on the whole area.
"You know what I am, and you know what I want"
"We can't let you have her again!" I hissed. "Never again!"
In a blink of an eye, I vanished beside Death and appeared in front of Phoenix. I struck a forceful punch but she managed to avoid it by tilting her body, I quickly summoned my sword and smashed it up on her head but she blocked it with her own sword.
"Trying to kill me?" she smirked. "Not gonna work"
Phoenix flapped her wings in front of me making me fly away from her in a distance, I managed to stab my sword on the ground so I did not take any damage from it. She strides herself in the wind and quickly flies in my direction, our swords started to clash as both of us tried to hit and block every attack.
As soon as Phoenix cornered me when I stumbled on the ground, she throws me away in the air and flew in my direction to strike me with her weapon. But I manage to vanish before she did it and appear right behind her trying to stab her with all my might before I fall off the ground. But to my surprise, she immediately read my actions and slammed me down using her wings.
Before I could even stand up to grab my sword, a cold blazing metal touched my back knowing it's my ki-center, the only part of our body where you can able to kill us, angels.
"It's over Dark" she coldly speaks. "Bring me to the bride"
I laughed hard as I stared at Death who's been watching us the whole time.
"You knew, I can't do that"
Phoenix looked at Death and deepened the stab on my back, reaching my weak spot.
"I can spare his life" Phoenix stated towards him. "You only have two options, Death. Your brother, or your bride?"
"Enough" my brother speaks.
He slowly walks his way in our direction while staring at our sister's eyes.
I saw Phoenix smirked and released me from being her bait, she stood up and straight and flapped her wings causing me to shove away from her.
"You only have one mission, you can't kill Dark" Death said with a poker face.
"You're right" she chuckled. "You know how obedient I am towards our Father"
"I'm sorry, I can't let you have her"
"I know" Phoenix closed her eyes as soon as Death is a meter away from her "But you have to"
She once again lifts her sword and pointed it towards Death's ki-center.
I on the other hand stood up and grabbed my sword to protect my brother from her.
"It's fine Dark" he looked at me with his dark blue eyes. "She's with us"
Both I and Phoenix's face got confused at the moment, Death snapped his finger quickly causing us to appear into the place where my brother and Lucia is located.
"Where are we?!" she hissed and held the sword tightly without removing it in front of him.
"To the bride"
Phoenix's face cannot be determined when she saw the familiar figure of a woman behind the dark, Lucia stepped closer to the both of them and smiled.
"Phoenix"
"Lucia?! What are you doing here?!"
"It's fine" Lucia stated. "Everything's fine, calm down"
She shifted her gaze towards Death and grabbed his collar, the sword she was holding and her wings had vanished in an instant. With that, Phoenix pointed to Lucia and asked what's going on.
"She's my bride" he answered without any emotions drawn on his face.
"You're kidding me"
"He's right, Phoenix" Lucia decided to approach her friend and calm her down. "You don't have to do this, we can get out of here together" she let out a bitter smile while caressing her back.
"Lucia.."
"It's fine. Everything's fine"
Phoenix on the other hand hugged her back tightly, but to our surprise, we never expected she's not gonna change her mind.
We could not do anything when Phoenix suddenly flap out her wings, draw her sword once again and stick it into the bride's neck.
"You're wrong Lucia" she muttered. "Everything will not be fine if I let you live. You will bring chaos to the world. You will cause war between heaven and hell"
Lucia smiled despite the situation.
"I told you it's fine," she said. "You can kill me if that's what you want"
Phoenix gritted her teeth and held her sword tightly. I know her mind is in battle right now, but I hope she'll spare Lucia's life. Not as a bride but as her friend.
"Phoenix" Death spoke as soon as he appeared in a blink of an eye beside Lucia. "I told you, I'm not gonna let you have her," he said while slowly putting down the sword away from his bride.
Death got Lucia back in his arms and slowly walk with her away from Phoenix's location. She couldn't do anything at the moment but stare at them, walking away from her.
"Right" Phoenix smirked. "I can't kill her, but don't get me wrong, because I'm not with you. I am still our Father's archangel and I won't betray him"
"Yeah, because you're a fcking coward!" Igneous exclaimed. "Obeying a mission to kill an innocent bride? You are fcking kidding me"
Well, look who's talking. The Prince of Wrath always gets his head hot and curses around.
"You don't know anything Igneous" Phoenix turned her back from us. "That bride will bring you to your death one day, and no one can stop it" the last thing she said before flying away.
Angelique's point of view
One deep breath is what I did after I woke up in a dim room, I was on someone's bed when I realize I am all alone. Last thing I remember I was with that guy, Igneous, but where did that fckhead go and why does this place is so creepy?!
I decided to get up from bed and walk my way outside the room, and what greeted me is a very huge passageway that I don't know where to head. Fortunately, I saw a woman from a distance that seems like a staff here, I ran and approached her, but to my surprise, it was a familiar pal.
"What-are you dong here?"
"Oh" she grinned. "Hi Angelique"
"A-are you working h-here?" I stuttered, something isn't right.
"Nope" she quickly responds. "I am finding someone"
Finding someone? Who would it be?
"Did you find her?"
She chuckled.
"Obviously, not yet" she stepped few times in front of me. "But, I know you can help me Angelique"
"W-what?"
"Help me" Sadira suddenly touched my neck and the last thing I knew she was holding a blade.
"To kill the bride"
