“I thought you were going to stay. Why leave now?”
"I told you when we first met, I wouldn’t stay. I need to leave." I repeated, my voice unwavering despite the turmoil within. "Before we met, I had planned to journey north into the untamed wilds. I've been contemplating it, and I believe it's the best course. Greta even thinks it is what I need to do. My magic is still beyond my control, and I don't want to be around when it goes wild again. The last thing I would want is for it to hurt someone. I need to find someone to train me."
