Chapter 10: Deep Crimson Slumber

“They’re here,” Alpha Boss stands outside the headquarters to greet the enemies. “Brace yourselves my children…”
“Roger that,” Mr. S enters his god mode. “Let’s do this!”
Mr. X also activates his, “Good luck everybody!”
Ms. R nods to both of them as she transforms into her goddess mode.
Ms. H who has already activated her goddess mode creates a powerful storm. It started to rain… Heavy rain continues to fall… Bolts of Lightning strike the ground… Tornadoes start forming… A thicc [sorry] a thick mist started forming to cloak them from the Destiny Seekers’ line of sight. The mist will only disrupt the view of the enemies.
From the skies of the Headquarters, four huge portals open up.
“Here we go fellow youngsters,” Ms. U activates her goddess mode.
From the spatial holes that tear up the sky, the Destiny Seekers peer one by one.
A swarm of Xenophobia suddenly comes out from the holes. Each one of them carry different kinds of weapons. All of them are set to destroy the headquarters. The HQ goes into full battle gear with anti-aircraft weapons simultaneously fire at the multitude of enemies.
Mr. A summons an army of Neuters to combat the swarm of Xenophobia. An all-out war between two universes, two different godly races, and two different views on humanity take place.
“Can Mr. A handle the Xenophobia with his army of Neuters?”
Mr. X looks at the darkened, smoky, and explosion-filled sky as the Neuter [Robot] army and the Xenophobia swarm clash.
“He’s fine,” Mr. S glances at him with a nod and then enters the pandemonium.
Alpha Boss suddenly raises his hand… …because out of nowhere… …Xenophilia fires a devastating beam of energy towards their direction. In an instant, the beam disappeared into thin air.
“Filthy youngsters…” he steps forward and faces the Destiny Seeker Leaders. “I will show you… what a Supreme Being can do…”

[Mr. G’s POV]
Did I pass out? I remember teaming up with Violence to fight against his sister, Injectro… Parts of my mask got destroyed… huh? Is that… Mr. X and Mr. S?
“OH GOD NO…”
I can’t believe what I am seeing… They’re dead… Ugh… … I can’t seem to stand… No… No… No!!!
“MY LEGS!!!”
I need to calm down… I need to stay put…
“W-where’s Violence?”
Oh my god… he is headless… I need to crawl away to get help… Huh? Who is that encased in the giant crystal? Alpha Boss… Lord Exal… He got defeated? Is this the end? Somebody’s approaching… … … all hope is lost…
[Suoic Ipsus’ POV]
“Hello there survivor… It seems like you lost your legs…”
“Filthy beast!” he spits at my feet.
“You’re a feisty one, aren’t you?”
This is an easy victory… with everybody else dead including Mr. X. This last one will be my meal… I wonder… he is too light to carry and he lost his legs… I’ll just toss this play thing aside… Something is shining over there…

[Third Person POV]
The Emissaries of Balance didn’t stand a chance. It was an easy victory for the Destiny Seekers. Alpha Boss… Lord Exal has easily been sealed, the strongest Emissaries were easily killed, Lord Exyd appearing at the final moment, and the seemingly endless army of Neuters suddenly disappeared. It is as if it were just scripted…
It is as if it is all a dream…
A dream?
“They’re here,” Alpha Boss stands outside the headquarters to greet the enemies. “Brace yourselves my children… I remember saying that…”
“We’re supposed to be dead, right?” Mr. S stares at Mr. X.
“Was this Mr. G’s doing?” Mr. X contacts Mr. G who is inside the HQ. “Did you just show us the future?”
“I’m as surprised as you are…” Mr. G replies…
The Destiny Seekers also are stopped in their tracks. It also happened to them. They are back from the start…
“What just happened?” Xenophilia glares at F’lux. “Why are we back at the start?”
Lord Exyd also appears in front of them completely puzzled by the strange phenomenon, “We just conquered this dimension… What the hell is happening?”
“You tell me, father,” Suoic Ipsus glares at Lord Exyd. “We remember everything… even you showing up at the last moment…”
“The enemy seems confused as well as we are…” Tan looks down below. “They all went inside… this didn’t happen before…”
“The future’s changed…” F’lux feels uneasy all of a sudden.
[Back inside the Headquarters]
“They’re leaving…” Ms. M looks at the surveillance monitors. “What is happening?”
“It seems like they were also aware of what had happened…” Master W turns to Alpha Boss. “Lord Exal, do you know what is happening?”
Alpha Boss makes sure that every last one of the portals from the Destiny Seekers has closed, “I think I know what happened…”
“Then tell us…” Mr. S takes off his mask, “Why were we sent back from the start?”
“Actually… I…”

[The Providence]
“I DEMAND AN EXPLANATION ABOUT ALL OF THAT!” F’lux yells at Lord Exyd.
“WE DEMAND AN EXPLANATION AS TO WHY HE APPEARED!” Tan bursts out towards F’lux, “THIS WAS YOUR PLAN?!”
“SILENCE!” Xenophilia roars, “There must be an explanation as to why Lord Exyd made it look like he was sealed…”
“There’s no point,” Lord Exyd comes up with a lie. “I was raising your fighting spirit into believing that Supreme Beings can in fact be sealed. However, this reset in time… I can’t explain it. Unless that…”
“Unless what, father?” Suoic Ipsus steps forward.
“A Supreme Being other than Lord Exal and Lord Exyd,” Injectro makes a fair speculation. “Lord Exal could’ve asked for the help of Lady Xemp to trap us all in a loop…”
“That is possible,” F’lux clenches his fists. “However… instead of going back at the same time… we went back a minute ahead.”
“So you’re keeping time in check now?” Tan glares at him. “That’s a weak explanation.”
“If we are trapped in a loop, how long are we going to wait?” Xenophilia creates a wristwatch. “There must be something else other than a loop…”
“We have a problem,” Suoic Ipsus looks around. “I can’t open a portal… and… the scenery and environment of Providence is… changing…”
“What are you talking about, brother? Nothing is changing…” Ara Kuneida suddenly rushes towards him, “Suoic!!!”
“Ara! Ara?! S-she suddenly disappeared…” Suoic finds himself alone… “What’s happening? Why did the scenery changed?”
“Why indeed? … … …”
“Huh?! Who’s there!?” Suoic turns around and sees himself. “NO… WHY DO YOU LOOK LIKE ME?!”
“Brother! Wake up!” Ara shakes up Suoic to somehow wake him up but to no avail. “He’s not waking up! Huh? The scenery is also changing…”
One by one, the Destiny Seekers fall to a deep slumber. Even the strongest ones aren’t able to fight the sleepy feeling.
Only Lord Exyd remain awake and confused. However… he finally realized something, “It wasn’t Lady Xemp that’s done this…” He turned to look at the one behind him sitting on his throne…
Back in the [Headquarters] … … …
“I thought you warned us that they he was an enemy!” Mr. L complains to Lord Exal. “You told us! The Destiny Seekers, the Celestial Beings, the Verus, the Temporal Beings, the Spatial Beings, and the SLEEP BEINGS are our enemies!”
“I did say that… but against the real gods, you humans won’t stand a chance…” Lord Exal lowers his head surprising everyone. “I needed to do this… asking one of the BIG FOUR to help me… for the sake of you… my children… it’s a father’s selfish desire… I thought that he never came to save us… but he did…”
Ms. Z rushes towards Lord Exal. “Please don’t prostrate yourself… we owe you a lot…”
The others follow and gather around their Alpha Boss. They’re a family… and they need to watch each other’s backs.
Mr. A sighs, “Holy s**t…”
“Indeed,” Lord Exal nods at all of them, “I asked for the help of…”

[Providence]

“Xeel,” Lord Exyd begins to emanate tremendous amounts of power as the dark particles unstably surrounds him preparing for a Supreme Being on Supreme Being battle, “or should now I call… G Crimson Fallasleep…”
Still seated on Exyd’s throne, the red-haired Supreme Being gives off his signature gentle smile, “Nice throne, gloomy place, too much particulates, dull world… and more importantly… psychiatric gods… Disappointing…”
“Why are you coming to the aid of a supposed enemy, Xeel?”
Xeel looks at his fingernails hoping to find and bite of a hanging nail. His attitude in front of another Supreme Being is mockery and disrespectful. However, he deems Exyd as someone worth disrespecting.
“Why not?” He stands back up and yawns, “Exal asked for help… he even went as far as to kneel and pressed his forehead to the floor.”
“So you are here to seal me and destroy my creations?”
“Well that was the plan…” Xeel claps his hands twice, “but some few were willing to try and take you down…”
“Some… few?” Exyd suddenly notices movement behind Xeel…
“It’s good that it is kind of dark in here… You’re going to see some blockbuster movie grand entrance from the dark shadows,” G sits back down on Exyd’s throne. “Lord Exyd, Supreme Being of Destiny, I am pleased to introduce… Three Powerful Gods of my Crimson Squad…”
Gazbleir Celxion Rare. He is the pitch-black Essential Being of Courage. Essential Beings are a race of gods under Lord Xpir, Supreme Being of Essence. Essence is the phenomenon that gives meaning to life and death. It is the embodiment of emotions, instincts, willpower, morality, and knowledge. Gazbleir’s power is Darkness and his weapon is the Scythe named The Heart Five. Apparently being the weakest of all the god races, he vowed allegiance to Xeel in hopes to be stronger than ever. Right now… this god is no longer the weak god that he used to be…
Lt. Strika. She is the Temporal Being of Lightning. Temporal Beings are the race of one of the BIG FOUR SUPREME BEINGS. Her signature power… Black Lightning and White Lightning. She can also control air and light and most importantly, she can pause the time of a universe for eternity. Her weapon is the Eternal Blade known as Diamanticus…
Lastly…
Darkzelle Spade. She’s… an oddball… eccentric… gothic… and dark… Her powers are dark shadows and darkness itself. She is a Spatial Being, a race from one of the BIG FOUR. She is highly sadistic… Her weapon of choice is a spade-card-shaped thorny chained spear.
G goes back to checking for a hanging nail, “Have fun… everyone…”
