End of Prologue

 Destiny Seekers are a race of gods created by the Supreme Destiny Being called Exyd.

 These gods have their own source of power called Metamorphism.

 To unleash their power, in simple terms, they undergo Metamorphosis.

 These gods are in the insectoid scale of appearance that they are misunderstood as aliens.

 Seekers of Destiny they may be called but their true agenda is to mess with the destinies of the mortals.

 In critical situations such as with life or death on the line, they challenge them into a game or a gamble that would eventually determine their fate. In the end, none of the mortals end up winning… except for one.

 Emissaries of Balance are a group of special humans that is originally recruited by the Supreme Balance Being called Exal. These mortals are then given their unique power source called Blessing.

 Having been blessed by Lord Exal, they gain immortality, agelessness, and powers. There are 26 Emissaries and they are named after each letter of the alphabet. They have their own unique set of Blessings.

 When an old member would like to retire or rest or eventually die or murdered, Lord Exal would send his other members to find a new recruit to take on its place as a new Emissary of Balance. Retirement, means eternal rest.

 Aside from the Emissaries, Lord Exal also created puppet gods that are basically empty inside called the Neuters. They don’t have any emotions, conscience, and sentience. The role of these Neuters is to serve Lord Exal and the Emissaries. They are also the first line of defense in case of a war between gods.

 The Emissaries are categorized as a field agent or an office agent. There blessings are not limited to what they can only do but for other purposes as well. Having the blessing of the Maid does not actually mean becoming a regular maid or a butler. It may entail something more… for example in combat and assassinations.

 Mr. A is blessed with the power called Cyber Initiative which he can use to become a super-computer cyborg

 Mr. B is blessed with the power called Deep Dive which he can use to get to the depths of the ocean

 Mr. C is blessed with the power called Jamming Disruption which he can use to temporarily disable anything

 Ms. D is blessed with the power called Trait Difference which she can use to lessen a destructive trait of a target

 Ms. E is blessed with the power called Archives Provision which she can use to solve problems by seeing past events

 Mr. F is blessed with the power called Information Broker which he can use to instantly gather the latest news

 Mr. G is blessed with the power called Intuitive Prophecy which he can use to predict critical events in the future

 Ms. H is blessed with the power called Catastrophe which she can use to restore balance through natural calamities

 Mr. I is blessed with the power called Velocity which he can use to travel from by foot without experiencing fatigue

 Mr. J is blessed with the power called Flyer which he can use to travel sky high and ignoring atmospheric pressure

 Ms. K is blessed with the power called Animal which she can use to transform into any kind of animal at will

 Mr. L is blessed with the power called Psychokinesis which he can use to get into the mind and influence a target

 Ms. M is blessed with the power called Registrar which she can use to easily identify the targets and their locations

 Mr. N is blessed with the power called Cartography which he can use to easily provide a complete map of an area

 Mr. O is blessed with the power called Gateway which he can use to create portals for the Emissaries to cross to

 Mr. P is blessed with the power called Growth which he can use to change his height to blend in with a population

 Ms. Q is blessed with the power called Authority which she can use to easily establish her domineering power

 Ms. R is blessed with the power called Anti-alien which she can use to fight against aliens planning to invade planets

 Mr. S is blessed with the power called Anti-god which he can use to fight toe-to-toe against interfering gods

 Ms. T is blessed with the power called Chef Haven which he can use to provide meals for all of the Emissaries

 Ms. U is blessed with the power called Maid Butler which she can use to cater the needs of all of the Emissaries

 Ms. V is blessed with the power called Pandemic Carrier which she can use to control the population of a country

 Mr. W is blessed with the power called Eternal Keeper which he can use to provide eternal rest for Ex-emissaries

 Mr. X is blessed with the power called Destiny’s Coil which he can use to become extremely lucky against death

 Ms. Y is blessed with the power called Deus Eye which she can use to very accurately pinpoint a target’s location

 Ms. Z is blessed with the power called Background Extra which she can use to never get noticed like a wall flower

 The main antagonist of the story is the Destiny Seeker named Suoic Ipsus, a monstrous dragonfly-like god capable of controlling and messing with the destinies of passengers, drivers and those who are just near a road. The main protagonist is Mr. X.

To give you a brief preview of what happened, Mr. X was on a mission together with Ms. Y and Ms. Z in a planet within a certain universe to prevent the death of politician’s daughter because it will be the cause of a major imbalance in that planet plunging it into a world war level according to the prophecy of Mr. G. While on a bus, travelling to his target’s destination, the bus would unexpectedly be the target of Suoic Ipsus. The bus was destined to drive safely, but with the god’s interference the bus is on the verge of meeting its deadly fate.

Just before the collision, Suoic Ipsus took them all in his domain to play a game so that if they win, they could live and the accident would never occur. However, Suoic Ipsus isn’t planning to let them win of course. He made them play hide and seek where all of them will hide from him because if they were to be caught, they will be stabbed to death. Of course they can use weapons to prevent the god from capturing them, but does it even matter if the god is a cheater? One by one, the passengers fell to this god’s ploy boosting his ego and his arrogance to the mortals… the human kind. However, he was unaware of the great danger he was in as Mr. X, the only person whose exceedingly lucky to avoid death, completely buries the god’s pride to the ground. Unable to accept his very first defeat, the god sought to hunt the stranger who beat him and uncover his true identity destroying mortal lives in the process…

Unable to hunt down the mortal, Suoic Ipsus finally gave up. His last words were, “If we ever cross paths again… this time, I’ll kill you for good.”
