His Cruel Revenge

Chapter 9

Riya’s POV :

After the tiring day in the office, I made my way to Black's mansion. It’s ten thirty in the evening. I can’t believe Andrew made me work till this late on my first day of work.

But it was better than staying at home with the people who hate you for unknown reason.

I entered inside the huge mansion which is filled with complete silence. There is no one in sight. I made my way to kitchen to get some water for me. I had dinner in the company’s cafeteria.

Now all I want to do is to take a relaxing shower and lay down on my warm bed and sleep, forgetting about all of my miseries.

After drinking water I walked out of kitchen, heading towards my room when I felt a steel grip on my arm and someone pushed me to the wall, harshly.

I hissed in pain when my back touched the wall with force but all the pain went away when I saw the person who is pinning me to wall.

Noah.

Fear crept inside my heart as the memories of my wedding night started playing in front of my eyes.

That day too he had pinned me to wall and threatened to kill me. I gulped. My heart is hammering inside my chest.

I tried to push him away from me with all my strength while saying, “what are you doing, let me go”.

But he didn’t listen instead he placed his forearm on my throat choking me. My hands made their way to his hand, trying to release myself from his hold but he applied more pressure causing tears to roll down from my eyes.

Breathing became difficult for me. I felt chills and goosebumps covered my skin when he uttered his next words, “it’s all because of you. I will kill you today”.

I smelled alcohol. He is drunk.

My breath got stuck in the back of my throat when a cold metal touched my temple.

Gun.

I shuddered and sweat buds started forming on my forehead, my breathing became heavy and my struggles became more urgent when I realized he will really kill me this time.

His deadly expression said that he won’t spare me.

“Goodbye Riya” whispering these words in a deadly tone he pulled the trigger at the same time I heard someone shout something but couldn’t understand what it was, because all my mind could register was the sound of gunshot.

I shut my eyes tightly, my hands balled in fist, heart thundering inside my chest as if it will come out any moment.

“What the f**k are you doing Noah” I heard Mark's voice and in the next moment Noah was pushed away from me.

I opened my eyes to find Mark standing in front of me, his back facing my direction.

I am still breathing heavily while new tears started streaming down from my already puffy eyes.

It was difficult for me to keep standing as my legs are trembling badly.

“Why did you do that, I will kill that b***h today” Noah yelled. His eyes raged and voice filled with venom. I flinched at his harsh tone but Mark stood still, without getting affected.

“You are not in your senses Noah” I heard Black's voice. He and his friend Rick came to us.

“I am in my f**king right mind” Noah said. His eyes glaring at me only. I don’t know why he is looking at me with so much hatred but all I wish is to hid from his deadly gaze. If looks could kill someone, I am sure I would be six feet under the ground by now.

“Go to your room Riya” Mark said without even looking at me. He is saving me from Noah.

I didn’t need to be told twice, I started running in the direction of stairs. I only stopped when I entered inside my room. I locked the door and slid down on the floor, resting my back on the door. I pulled my knees close to my chest and started sobbing.

If it was not for Mark, I would have died by now. He must have killed me.

But why?

Why do I have to bear all this?

I asked the same question, but still I don’t have any answer to this.

I felt so exhausted with everything going on in my life that I cried till sleep took over me, making me escape this harsh reality for some time.

Black's POV :

“F**k, I can’t see Noah like this” Rick said. Frustration is clear in his voice.

“even I can’t see him like this” Mark said, pacing around with worry written all over his face. We are in my home office.

After calming Noah and putting him to sleep we came to my office. We are worried about him. He is the youngest one among us and like a younger brother to us.

Seeing him like this is breaking our heart.

“I think it is the best if we kill her” Rick suggested.

“You think killing her will make Noah happy?” I asked with a frown.

I am burning from inside. I also want to kill that b***h everyday. But I am controlling myself.

“At least it will put his heart at rest, knowing that the one who killed his love is dead” Rick said.

I sighed and said, “ it might but I just don’t want to kill her now. Her family needs to pay for hiding her sins. I want all of them to suffer. I want her to go through more pain than she has caused us”

“I will kill her, slowly and painfully. But I will first destroy Williams” I said through gritted teeth. My hands are balled in a fist.

And I mean it.

“What’s the plan Black, what is going on in your mind?” Mark asked me in confusion. Rick is also looking at me with a raised brow.

I smirked and replied, “so the plan is……”

(Next day)

I am working in my office when I heard a knock on the door.

“Come in” I said and Rick walked in.

“What’s the result?” I asked and he smirked. It told me everything that I needed to know. A smile formed on my lips.

“I bought the shares, it was easy” he said while sitting on the chair in front of me.

“As of now we have bought twenty five percent shares of Williams corporation's . I am working on convincing other shareholders to sell their shares to us.”

“By the next two weeks we will be able to buy thirty five percent shares but we still need more shares to become the highest share holder”

“but it will be very difficult to get more shares as majority of shares are hold by family members” he told me.

I had told Rick to buy shares of Williams Corporation on our different men's name so that Williams don’t get suspicious. Once we are done buying enough percentage of shares, we will transfer all the shares on my name.

Once I become the major share holder of Williams Corporation, I will hold the most power and will start destroying it.

I will strip off Williams from all the power they hold. I will make sure they lose their name and power in both business and underworld. I will take their everything. I know it will be difficult but I will do it.

When I feel like they have suffered enough, I will kill them slowly.

“We will get them don’t worry about it…..” I couldn’t complete my sentence as my phone started ringing.

I looked at the caller’s ID and answered the call, “what happened George?” I asked him.

He is the one who is keeping eyes on Riya when she goes to work.

It’s already Eleven in the evening, he must have dropped her home by now.

“Sir… it is… it..”

“Stop stuttering George and speak clearly” I said. I have a bad feeling about whatever he wants to speak.

“sir… Mrs., Stone…. She…” he stopped again making me annoyed.

“What about Riya?” I asked. My free hand balled in a fist and I felt anger building inside me thinking she did something she shouldn’t have.

My hold on my phone tightened, jaw clenched and all I am seeing is red. I feel like killing someone. But if I can’t kill her now, I will make sure to torture her to the extent for what she did, that she will beg me to kill her.

Raged.

That is what I am feeling now when he uttered those words,

“She…. Escaped!”
