“Thank you so much Mr. Lee! I will be there tomorrow then” I said with a sigh of relief mixed with guilt to have my old job back. I hung up and looked around the room. We moved all of our stuff into the new room and things couldn’t be more awkward, so I’m pretty sure that’s why he disappeared for the rest of the afternoon even though he said it would be a quick run.  The presence of guilt is almost as heavy as the absence of Jada and Emi, especially J with her loud nature.
