Something keeps bothering me and I can't get it out of my mind.
Mila came to sit next to me,"I heard you went to see Kane."
"Yeah, and so did Jasmine."
"Damn, so she's still lurking around him?"
I leaned forward, "Mila what if she's the one that took Marla."
Mila looked at me, "That's a far stretch, don't you think?"
"Think about it, she is obsessed with Kane and I ruined her plans to be with him...she's capable of anything."
"I don't know about that Alana."
"It's obvious that she did this."
"Or maybe you want her to be the bad guy."
I didn't care if I wanted Jasmine to be the bad guy, someone took my little girl and if it's her, I'm going to find out.
The next day I went to see Detective Amaro in his office.
