“Aurora and Edward are childhood friends. Aurora’s father worked with us as a manager. He is a very loyal man to us” grandmother continued. I really want to know whole story about Edward and mom.

“Aurora used to visit our palace in holidays and sometimes on the evenings.” I thought they didn’t go to same school?

“First Edward used to bully her because of her attire and her naïve behaviour when they are young”

“Once when Edward about to fall on a thorns bush in our garden she quickly pulled him and she fell down instead of him” I have surprised.

“From that day they become good friends. I have seen so much care and affection in her eyes towards Edward.”

“I though Edward feel the same, but he always keeps his distance from her.”

“They have grown together; But Edward became very distant from Aurora, she still comes and visits us whenever Edward comes home”

“After few months I came to know that Edwards father has asked him not to be close with the under privileged people, otherwise he said to cut his allowances. He asked him to attend different courses to make him distant with Aurora.”

“When Edward is twenty-three, he is taking over the business he threw a party to all his friends. He invited Aurora as well. Something happened between them”

“After that Edward got busy with this work and business meetings. That time we had great loss because of the government new laws and a fire accident in one of our warehouses.” She is continued to tell, and I was scared to hear what happened.

“Edward thought it is his fault to get into this trouble. Edward’s father Taylor taken this as his advantage and he have decided to marry Edward with Elizebeth so her father will give us the financial help, and this will cause us to elevate the shares progress again” now I can understand bits and pieces together, my grandmother continued.

“Mean while Aurora came to me, she said she is pregnant with you for Edward. They had s*x during the party. That time Tyler was there he heard everything and he asked your mother to abort the baby” I am in tears now. This is why my mother never told me about this.

“Taylor offered money to your mother to not tell Edward about it, or he will abort the baby. Taylor knows that If Edward know about the aurora’s pregnancy, he will never agree to marry Elizebeth.”

“I disagreed, because I liked Aurora, she is a sweet girl, I know she is in love with Edward. She is a best match to Edward, but because of the circumstances Tylor has forced me shut the truth, otherwise he will harm Aurora.” Everyone together has separated my mom and Dad.

“Aurora left with tears, she didn’t take the money from us, she left the city with her parents we don’t know where she went”

“Edward asked about Aurora, we told him they left the city because her father got another job in another city. Edward thought Aurora disappeared on him, she doesn’t love the way he loved her” she is sobbing again, I cried with her too holding my knees together pressing them to my chest.

“it is my fault too, because I don’t have the courage to fight with Tylor and tell the truth to Edward. I am scared he will do some thing to Aurora and to you.

“After that Aurora never contacted us. So, it is all my fault darling you please don’t blame on yourself” what is there to blame, everything already happened. My mother didn’t get justice because of this family. I hate them.

“Thanks for sharing Grandma, why are you telling me all this now?” I asked her with withering voice.

“You must know the truth. It is not Aurora and Edwards fault. I am sorry, for everything that has happened” she wiped her eyes.

“I thought Aurora will marry some one else and be happy, I didn’t expect she will die with illness” she explained sincerely.

“After I came to know you arrived from Edward, first I felt guilty, I fought with Taylor because it is all his fault” I looked at her for the shocking words.

“Yes, I told Tylor he needs to confess everything to Edward, and Tylor got mild heart stroke, and he was admitted to hospital for few days.” I am shocked by eyes are widened.

“After Taylor’s health is settled, we came to meet you here” she said guiltily.

I looked at my mom’s photo, her pure smile and shining eyes has made me think that she always loved Edward.

“We told the truth to Edward and Elizebeth. Edward got shocked and cried a lot after listening Tylor’s confession. “

“Elizebeth is a good woman, she has always taken Edward’s happiness as high priority, but when she saw Edward in that position, she got scared that he will leave her.” I never heard anyone saying things about Elizebeth.

I know she resent me, but she never bothered me that much.

“She no need to be scared, I don’t want to have any clashes between them due to me”

I don’t know how Edward feels about me and mom. He said he cares about me, is it because he feels guilty and responsibility?

“You are a good person Ethan” my grandmother chuckled.

“You reply same as Aurora, she always wants Edward’s happiness”

“Edward is lucky to have you.” I don’t think I will agree with that.

Suddenly the door is opened and Edward trudged into my room and reached Infront of my bed where I am sitting.

He sat beside me and hugged me from the side. His both hands around my shoulder and his head on my neck.

“I am sorry, I am sorry for everything.” He sobbed, he was drunk, I can smell alcohol from his clothes.
